Can I cut on a short test only cycle??

I can get sustanon at a good price from a friend (money is tight due to xmas), i was thinking of 250mg twice a week for 6 weeks. I have to keep my cycles short for personal reasons at the moment. my stats are - 22, 1 previous cycle - dbol only. 5'10, 220lbs @ 17%bf. training since 18. I want to loose 12lbs minimum, gonna be on a low carb diet with lots of cardio and i want to preserve muscle, if possible even gain a couple of lbs of lean mass while cutting. I havnt used test before so i thought that 500mg/week would really help me achieve my goals. I'm very consistent with training and diet and hope to loose more than 12 lbs of fat, i want my abs again. what you think bros???
 
yes you can cut with test alone, it's the diet and training that determins fat loss, not the steroid.
make sure you run some arimidex to lower estrogen and help with fat loss.
 
Why not just get something like the shredder stack from ntbm, that will give u lmb gains and if your diet and training is solid, U'll be able to loose that in 4-5 weeks.
Anyways, yes you'll be able to do the same. 500 mgs will prob blow u up! Lol
 
45-60 minutes of cardio 3 times a week in the morning and work up to 4-5 times once the fat loss slow.
Make sure you do slow cardio, you should be able to talk and not run out of breath. I usually do level 2 on the stairsmill precontest. Its not physicaly hard at all, you wont be drained and dripping in sweat after this type of cardio but the fat loss will be good. Or the treadmill on 3.0 with no incline should do the job also

I do the treadmill on 15.0 incline, speed 2.2 for 45 mins. love it.
 
You can cut on test with just 300 mg/week and at that dose, 0.5 mg adex EoD would work fine.

I'd take one lipostim first thing in the morning (and I personally add a baby aspirin as well).

Cardio in the afternoon works better for me. I like to lift around noon, rest-up (with as PWO drink) and then do cardio -- but not too close to bed.
 
500mg is plenty to maintain lbm plus plenty of extra you will probably see some growth. Diet is the absolute key and high protein is what sustains your mass. Also I love lipoflame, went on my first bike mourning bike ride after I took it and thought I could ride cross state!!
 
Ya bro first time on test you will lose fat and gain penty of lbm!
AM steady state cardio 3 time a week will be good.

How much protein,carbs, fats will u diet with?
