no because the body changes and you could use a different brand and have different reactions etc. its just like allergies. you could go in for an allergy test and test positive for 2 things out of 30... then a week later test 5 out of 30.
now if say you ran 6 or 7 cycles and never got gyno and took precautions i would say you are gyno safe.
but that is all besides the point you should always cover all bases on any cycle. it will help recovery and keep things as balanced as possible during.. why would you want to look like a bloated fish on a cycle anyway? unless you ONLY cared about gaining weight (water) and gaining strength and making the scale go up to impress your friends. otherwise its pointless
Spend the 40 bucks and be done with it. Going into pct with skyrocketed estro levels is not good either. Even if you don't get gyno you will still have more trouble recovering
