As an aside, the one in that pic most certainly didn't achieve his physique without it. That's "Zyzz"...the kid who made the news regarding his death in Thailand last year from cardiac arrest. He was 22.
Can I Achieve This Physique Without Juice?

You can achieve it. I'd say in 2 or 3 years. Minus the haircut.
You can get close. Nobody can ever look exactly like someone else. EVen if you juiced, you might get bigger but not as cut as that kid. What's the difference. You look good. Work towards getting better.
yep and a big reason for his death was de-hydration from the diuretics he messed with. thats probably the #1 killer athletes, not just bodybuilders, have to deal with.
Yep...That took "Momo" years ago right after winning a comp.
But getting cut to that degree is more than bodyfat. Some guys just have thicker skin than others.
Definitely achievable without juice. I have friends that are bigger naturally than many guys on juice for years. It has a lot to do with your personal genetic potential, and everyone is different
