Can hcg remain active in oil?

Look this is probably a dumb question I know.
I already have my hcg but I've been telling a mate about it and he wants to use it for his next cycle. The guy he gets his stuff off has given it to him already mixed.... In oil... I know this stuff degrades easily so would this even work just a bit if injected IM instead of subq?
He's already spent the money on it and this guy swears it will work, mate it skeptical but in my opinion it's trash and he's been ripped off.
Any opinions guys? Will show my mate what some more experienced people have to say

hmmmm never heard of this one?...never heard of hcg in oil period. You can inject hcg IM though I know that. Dont see why the guy would have it mixed in oil though when mixing it in water would be easier anyway. Any vet or more experienced guys have any take on this? Kinda interested myself

yeah mate thanks for posting. hes prepared to shoot it IM but whats the point if its no good? you can get bac stat water from pharmacies over here, i dont understand if this was legit why it would be mixed with oil :S
no one wants to do IM shots they dont have to especially beginners. the concentration is supposedly 1000iu/ml so 250iux2 or 500iux2 would be fairly small injections and could just be added to his cyp shots i guess...
im still pushing for him to take it back but the guy who sold it to him admitted hes never seen hcg before (its rare in our area) and doesnt want to take responsibility for it

U cannot get bacteriostatic water from aus. They do not stock it.
However you can order online and will pass customs.

my bad, i mean sodium chloride 0.9%, costs like $5 or something
anyway ive told him not to bother using it i cant imagine its gonna have any affect even if he does it IM
