Can guys get tested for STD's without having anything inserted?

I don't like the idea of anything being shoved in my urethra but as far as I know this is the only method of being tested.

Is there possibly a more expensive alternative or is this the price we pay for acting on intuition?

That the stupidest thing I've ever heard. No STD has a 100% communicability rate. If she comes back positive, you know you have something, but if she doesn't you are right where you started, since it doesn't mean you don't.

Besides, how do you find virgins? TB is the first one I've met over the age of 17.
