Can doing cardio after legs impede growth?

My legs always get less sore if I run after legs day, so I usually do. About 30 minutes I get done with legs, I usually go do about an 8 minute or so mile, and some sprint/walks. Will this hurt the muscle gains in my legs in any way?

When I get done with legs I immediately do some stretching. After I feel I've completely stretched out I go for a nice jog/sprint. I'll sprint the straights and jog the corners of the track. It works great for me.

That's great and all, but the question still goes unanswered.
 
Well, let's put it this way... I used to not stretch and not run at all after doing leg workouts and I had minimal gains. With stretching and running in the mix I've noticed gains coming much faster. That should answer the question that running/stretching after leg workouts is a good thing. I don't know if there is such a thing as too much exercise after legs though.

i always stretch before legs. I seem to not be as strong if i do not stretch first. As far as running and it hurting your growth, i say no. I have always if your trying to get stronger or bigger (legs or upper, or both) do them first when you have the most energy instead of last after running. Now you can jog for 10 minutes before working out to losen up ( lite jog). Thats just from other people. Ive always ran last.

Even better would be 30 minutes on a stationary bike....low resistance and 80-90rpm cadence. No joint stress and less jarring of the muscular/skeletal system.
