Can Dogs Smell Gear

i just came from down south and they had dogs sniffing cars randomly. of course with my luck they also checked my car. they cant smell gear. only coke and weed

Steroids are not addictive therefore they cannot be smelled by dogs. The reason dogs can smell weed and coke is because there trainers get them addicted to the stuff. I don't believe that story about the dogs sniffing the drugs. It could have just been a coincidence.

Is that the same way the smell bombs? Get the dogs addicted to them? That would be one tough addiction.
So when tracking dogs hunt for the scent of an individual the dogs must be addicted to that person first? That must be hard to do.

I dont think we should be talking about smuggling techniques on these boards, you never know who may be watching. Just a thought.

Now here's brain power at work.

What? You've never been to the pound? I've seen the cracked out dogs selling themselves for another hit on the pipe. Dobermans doing stick-ups to feed their arms...err whatever dogs call their appendages. I work at a doggy rehab man! It isn't pretty.

Yeah..now that I think about it I was hit on by a cute German Sheppard the other night at a bar. She kept saying something about getting her fix. I thought she meant getting spayed. :( Now I know what the real meaning was!! lol

I know for a fact that dogs can't smell gear. I was down there and packed the door panels full. They sent me to the search line and ran a dog all through the car.

I figured that while it may be safer to go on foot and only get a small amount, I would have to make many trips. I would rather play the %'s and get it all in one trip.

One problem: I have heard that whn you bring gear over, you should not bringany packaging that it comes in. Sometimes the same people who sell gear are also into other drugs (ones that dogs can smell). They may have some residue on them. That may explain why dogs sometimes find gear!
