Well it appears to be from an underground lab- one that I never heard of- so I guess lab tests or your experience would be the only way to tell.

Hopefully not. I would think that if someone was making them to be fake then they would put something in there that was harmless. Remember you are injecting that into your body. I got fakes from friends before too. They didn't know that they were fake.
