Can anyone tell me how/when Paul Borresen died?

Paul Borresson died of an overdose on pain killers. He had tried to kill himself years earlier by jumping out of a window. He broke his back but still managed to survive. He lived in constant pain and had some sort of cage put in his back for support. On bad days he supposedly could barely walk, yet he still managed to get in the gym somehow and when bulking actually got up to around 300 pounds. He started chemical nutrition and after a sort of falling out with a business partner started Biohazard. He wrote 2 books that I know of. The Anabolic Edge and The Stack Book. He also started writing a 3rd book called The Keeper of Secrets but I don't believe it was finished. He put out a magazine called the Governor.
