Hi, im new here so any reply would be a good one. I was wondering what is the best supplement on the market for gaining mass? I do a 4day per week program, chest/triceps monday, shoulders tuesday, back/biceps wednesday, and legs and abs thursday, with 1 rest day. I train to fatigue to try and make big gains, but as im a vegetarian i cant eat the good stuff like chicken or tuna. Ive tried certain powders in the past such as maxi-muscles Pro-gain and tropicans Great Stuff, but am getting increasingly frustrated at not putting on any kind of weight, although i am more toned. Can anyone help me? Im 21 at 150 pounds
