alright so i got me some free weights and a weight bench and when i work out ill do bench press, bent over rowing, and dumbell curls one day then i skip a day and then when i work out the next day i do overhead press, deadlift and squats.. i was just wondering over time will that get me built or should i be doing more ?

I recommend looking at this http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224

But aside from that if you dropped curls and did squats on both days your workout would be almost identical to the one I'm doing now.

Except for the fact that I use Bars instead of dumbbells, and a little bit of ab work, read my training log for updated progress.

Just started Saturday though, I'm eating like a horse and should have pretty decent gains, or thats my hopes if you do the same maby you will gain as well?

Sounds great. I would replace the overhead press with clean and presses and buy an abwheel ($15).

start off on your knees and roll forward untill only your nose (and knees) are on the ground, the in a fluid motion roll the wheel back (this is usually shown on the box). Once you can do 10 reps easy, try it standing up. Place the wheel at your toes and roll forward untill only your toes and nose are on the ground, then roll back up.
