Can Anyone help A Novice (needs advice)

Hi!

firths at all hello to everyone I'm from Venezuela and my english is terrible! , well I need some advice ...

I'm 21 years old and I am 1.90m and my weigh is 60kl , so I wnat to know wich kind of pills can I take to start getting muscles becuase I am very slim and I wanna start having muscles , I never in my whole life I try one of theses pills so I am a Novice , I don't have any problems with heart or things like that I am a very healhty person.

how long have you been lifting? workout atleast a few years before trying steroids, and make it your job to eat alot.
 
That's good advice, when I started working out a few years ago, that's what my bros told me and they refused to get me any gear!! I thank them now. You have create the lifestyle first (dedication to eating and training) then add the gear. Keep reading this board too, lots of great info.

well I just do cycling since 1 year EVERY SINGLE DAY but I eat alot and I can't get more then 63kl and i am so sad and tired of been slim so I need some advice, like I said im very tall almost 1.91 and My weigh is NOT very good but I am really healhty.

Stop cycling so much, it can only inhibit gains. I wouldn't bother doing any cardio if you're having problems adding mass.

Gareth is right bro. If you truely can't seem to gain you need to stop cycling, it just burns calories. Your primary focus needs to be weight training. If you cannot seem to eat enough food, my advice is to eat a jar of natural peanut butter every day along with your other food. It is actually a small amount of food, but contains 2600 cals (on average) and is loaded with monounsaturated fats.
 
The diet board has what you're looking for.
I think you need to start putting in some effort if you really want to add mass, it's not going to be easy. And nobody else can do it for you. Educate yourself on the best methods and put them into practice :)

U CAN USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION TO FIND THE ANSWERS TO MOST OF YOUR QUESTIONS. YOU NEED TO QUIT DOING SO MUCH CARDIO AND BUILD A BASE AND THEN AFTER A YEAR OR SO MAYBE IF YOU ARE READY ADD SOME GEAR IN SMALL AMOUNTS.. HOW OLD ARE YOU AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU>>>>>
