I was on HRT @250mg/week and .25 Adex daily. I stayed dry but got a little nipple soreness from time to time. I have just started 1 week ago test @500mg/week and EQ 450mg/week still with .25 Adex daily and have NO nip soreness at all. Last time i took 500mg test/ week i needed .5 Adex daily.

Whats the reason for this...anyone?

And by that you mean???? If you are referring to the dose i have had all the bloodwork and have had confirmed that i am in the upper normal range.

Firstly, I'm surprised 250mg a week keeps you in the normal range. I would have thought that would put you in the high 1000s.

Anyway, the nipple manifestations result from long term estrogen over time.
The fact that your cycle only started a week may explain why you haven't felt anything yet..in any case I'm sure you know you need more AIs.

Yeah the suprising thing is though i was getting some soreness on 250mg. As soon as i increased it to 500mg and included 450mg EQ, all of a sudden i feel nothing.

Have you tried old fashioned Nolvadex?
