if it wouldn't be too much trouble, could somebody find me a link to pictures or a video (.wmv format) of tate presses?? i've done a search and saw it before but i cant find a damn thing. ME bench is tomorrow, so please help.

Anybody ever do these while lying on a flat bench? One arm at a time, feels great. I used 25's real nice and smooth at the end of a workout. Try em'. Either way, Tate presses are solid.
