Can an endocrinologist detect AAS?

I've had gyne since puberty. I've had one doctor look at it in the past and he told me they were fat buildup and considered cosmetic, so no treatment. Recentlly, I went to another doctor and had him look at it, he detected some breast tissue and refered me to an endocrinologist (haven't gotten the referal in the mail yet).

I've been reading on AAS (mostly here) and was thinking of doing anavar, clen and nolva. Clen to drop bf, anavar to try to make gains (I've read about a few people who made some decent gains on anavar) and the nolva for the anti E hoping that it would help with the gyne, maybe I'll drop the nolva now and wait to see what the endo tells me. Will the endo be able to detect the use of anavar and clen? Should I just not take anything for now and wait 'till after treatment?
