cambered bar/GM

Ok, ive seen it before, and ive probably used it, but i just can't remember so, what exactly is a cambered bar? And what is a GM? When people talk about chain suspension and GM's? lol thanks

a canbar is a bar that has a bend in the middle so you can go closer to your chest on benchpress , also works good for doind shugs , place the bar under the end of the bench , grip and go nuts . As for GM the might be talking about good mornings or arch backs were the bar is placed on your shoulders, you bring the hips back slightely and bend over while keeping an arch in your back
