started a new calf routine the other day (thought i started out slow and low) but today (2 days later) i cant fucking walk!!! it didnt help i was flexing and relaxing them for 4 hours on my moto cycle...well so tight I feel retarded...got out of bed and fell down.... any help here..thank god I sit all day today at work...
