I've been recently doing dc workouts and so calves normally come at the end of each lower body workout, normally with deep stretching and high reps.
How do you train your calves? High reps low reps? Low volume high volume?
Personally ive been blessed with good calves, and so that just drives me to make the best out of them and so i just wanted to try new ways to train them to see how they respond.
