Ok, as of about 2 weeks ago my calf muscles have been bothering me alot. Anytime I run, do karate, or play basketball, then start to burn like hell after about 2 minutes, even to the poing where i can barely walk. It feels like alot of lactic acid is building up, but I never had this problem before. If anything, the first muscle group to feel like this would be my quads, and my calves barely felt anything. I usually work my calves once a week, but haven't trained them since this started. I also seem to have a big knot in my left calf, near my shin
. Anyone else ever get this problem or know what its from/how to fix it? Thanks again! Sorry to be bugging you guys with my soreness problems. heh
