Are there any good links that can help you decide which foods to eat so you can maintain enough calories.
Any info would be appreciated,
I need calorie info so i can get growing :confused:
I have already understood that eating fish,pasta ,oats meat potatoes and the like is great but i guess they dont contain enough calories unless you stuff yourself full of them every meal?
Maybee adding fats would help ?
 
Well, you should definately be eating some meat and beef to bulk somewhat. Buy a George Foreman Grill and some ground beef from your supermarket, and some steaks. You may also want to go to:

And look at some of their products. Flaxseed Oil is great to add extra calories, and they're healthy fats that are essential to your diet. It's like $10 a bottle that lasts a month or something. Not at all bad. I believe its around 130 calories and 12g of fat per serving.

Eat, eat, eat. 5-6 meals a day.

At the moments im taking Flaxseed oil but only once a day,i do eat meats so im on the right track
