calories while on katana

Whats the recommend calories for cutting while on katana, im also on need2slin. I'm 6'2 210 about 17% bf and looking to drop a good amount of bf.

It's gonna very depending on the individual...there is also many different types of diets. I personally Like carb cycling myself...but if u wanna keep it simple then calculate your bmr and keep your intake 3-500 calories below maintenance with a 40/30/30 split
