I was wondering which is more important for bulking, calories or protien?
With a weightgainer i can get more calories per serving but not as much protien, but with protien powder i can get more protien per serving.
Protien powder u get 64g's of protien per serving(2 scoops) and about 270-300cals
WEightgainer u get 54g's of protien per serving(4 scoops) and ~1000 cals
So which do you think would be more beneficial for 'bulking'?
