Calories on Primo / var cycle

This is my first cycle. Doing 400mg primo/wk, plus 50mg var ED (7xpaper). Also Clen/T3 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, ECA other times.

6'1, 195lbs, ~13%BF. So far, 2 weeks in, no body weight increase so far, still 195lbs. I believe I noticed strength increases this week, and possibly some fat loss.

My calories have been at 3500/day, about 350g carbs, 300g protein,120g fat. Does this sound reasonable? My goal for this 10-week cycle is maybe 10lbs muscle, maybe 8lbs fat loss, to put me at 195-200 when done, but <10% BF.

Any advice? A good friend of mine who's a great trainer put me on this plan, just wanting to hear others experience so I can help with tweaking this cycle as I go.
 
By my calculations you are right on target to put on 10 lbs in 10 weeks if your maintanence caloric level is true to the bodyweight X15 figure. you would need to add ~500 a day to ~3000 maintainence to see 10 lbs in 10 weeks. that is taking 10 lbs X3600 cals then dividing by 70 days and adding that number to the maint figure of 3000 a day. now if you want to lose fat also during this, then that would throw it off somewhat. these are just ball park figures though...you got to gauge it as you go along. but it seems you or your buddy got a good figure to work with for your goals. but maybe you need to increase calories? remember if you put on 10 lbs and lose 8 lbs you are not going to see a scale weight increase....so you may be doing just what you are intending since you will see only a few lbs weight gain to achieve your goal.
