This is my first cycle. Doing 400mg primo/wk, plus 50mg var ED (7xpaper). Also Clen/T3 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, ECA other times.
6'1, 195lbs, ~13%BF. So far, 2 weeks in, no body weight increase so far, still 195lbs. I believe I noticed strength increases this week, and possibly some fat loss.
My calories have been at 3500/day, about 350g carbs, 300g protein,120g fat. Does this sound reasonable? My goal for this 10-week cycle is maybe 10lbs muscle, maybe 8lbs fat loss, to put me at 195-200 when done, but <10% BF.
Any advice? A good friend of mine who's a great trainer put me on this plan, just wanting to hear others experience so I can help with tweaking this cycle as I go.
