calorie intake

please can someone help ,me figure out how many calories I should be consuming for maintance and then how many to deduct for cutting

My stats are 191pounds and 36.6% bf

well 12 x your body weight is usually the general number.

so 12 x 191 = 2292

20 X bw (bulking)
15 X bw (maintenace
12 X bw (cutting)
or
15 X b2-500 (cutting

is it 12 X (bodyweight), or is it 12 X (LEAN bodyweight)?

15 for maintenance. Wow, that would destroy me. I eat over 20 for maintenance.
