I"m curious to the amount of calories y'all think is needed for a
desired weight, I"m at 200 lbs right now, at about 12%, with my goal being 215, I dont have the genetics to reach some of the sizes of some of you boys at 250 and so, I"m curious to the amount of calories that is recommended to reach goals, say, 210, 220, 230 and so on, , I"m 5-10. Diet is horrible right now, looking to get up to around 3600 cals a day to reach my goal, spread over 5-6 meals, 3 solids, and 2-3 MRP's. THanks
