Calorie deficit

So just started another Test E cycle 500mg a week. I’m wondering if I’m purposely doing a calorie deficit diet but eating about 170 g of protein will I still gain. My goal is to really lean out and cut fat I’m probably around 13.5 BF now. I train 5 days a week and eat pretty good for the most part I’m 35 y and dropped a little weight I’m around 173 now. 5-10 is my height. BTW I honestly value everyone’s opinion so please tell me if I’m wrong for doing this
 
hard to really answer this question

at your height being only 173 pounds if you want to lean out you don't want to use steroids.. i would lean out first, then use steroids to bulk back up if that makes sense. much easier

in the mean time you could use sarms

All things being equal you should lean out as planned.
 
thats all trial and error... noone can answer that for you because everyone responds differently and you just have to test and see what works for you personally
 
You will just have to see how you respond but keep in mind you will have some water weight from the test. You could run it a bit lower like 300mg if you are trying to preserve muscle.
 
Yes - you can gain muscle in a deficit.

I would do carb cycling. I have had really good success with recomping clients on a carb cycling approach. The high carb days refill glycogen levels and the low carb days are fat loss focused
