Calorie and Cycle Help.

I am starting a Cycle of Fina/Winy/Eq/ Proviron ....i have lost too much size be4 i started this cycle. I was dieting without juice...im just starting this cycle........i feel weak at 11x my body weight....... My goal is to get ripped up.....i however want to Gain back some size too......i know this is hard......but help me plan a way to do it......i am considering.........doing cardio in morning........that way i will be burning fat........and then eating about 500 calories above my (12x 220) which is my so called maintenance.... What do you guys think.......keep this bumped up......and post some good anwsers....I REALY DO APRECIATE ANY HELP....thanks guys:D
I know it must be.... I mean how do i get cut on this cycle.....and still gain muscle.....quality muscle........ please recopmend some ammounts.,etc.:)
 
I am using The One Crumcakes approach, no carbs until before a workout and after. I dont mix carbs and fat in the same meal, that is key to loosing fat. So far i have gone up 13 pounds, i just started cutting friday though.
 
i just did a similar cycle fina76mg ed,whinny 100mg ed test prop 500mg week t-3 for 7 weeks now i just lived off oatmeal 4 packs ed eggwhites 10ed vpx crosspro shakes 5 times ed 130cal 41grams of protein per drink fiber up to 65-75gr ed and iss whey matrix. about 3000-3500 cal ed fat 30 gr .cardio ed for 25-30 min treadmill 15incline at4.3mph i was tired alot do to lack of food but i got cut up as hell 6.2% bf 222 lbs fell better now good luck hope you get what you want out of your cycle bro..
 
i was 240 12%bf i think i ate at least 300-350grm protein ed fat i kept as low as possible carb only 85-100 gr ed took multi vit ed 2 pak. iss brand to keep minerals up do to lack of solid food 75% of intake was powder protein
 
I would recommend eating a very clean, balanced (40%/40%/20%) diet at maintainence level caloric intake. Decrease or increase your cardio regime to reach desired level of calorie defecit. By eating clean and doing the proper amount of cardio, you'll achieve your goals. You picked the right gear for the job.

Do your cardio on an empty stomache, eat a carb heavy meal 1.25hr prior to lifting.

Onecrumcakes diet

I used his diet down to the last detail...vitamins and recommened minerals-everything. I ate alot of beef tenderloin, chicken, egg whites (hard boiled) and tuna. 4 whey shakes, 60g each. My only carbs were raw baby spinach and broccoli, as well as 10oz OJ after my workout. Also used flax and ate a shitload of cashews, macadamias, and almonds. 2 ECA stacks a day. Holy shit! I went for 6 weeks and went from 10.6 to 9.3 bf, also GAINED 5 pounds...I'm pretty lean already, but saw some definite improvements on lower abs and back...chest got a little more cut, too.

Note: I was also using prop for four weeks and yohimburn for six weeks. However, I still think this diet would work, regardless of gear...I just wanted to use it to stay as anabolic as possible while dieting. Also, I would recommend throwing in maybe 1 SMART refeed every two weeks (although Tha 1 Crum says no "cheat days"), as well as some ALA.
