Calling your sister a bitch

Friday night my friends and I took my little sister who flew in to see my old man to a local bar. I trust my friends so i left her with them as I made my rounds. It's about 10 till 2 and last call is called and my friends are like "ok sorry to tell you this so late but this guy that was over here called your sister a bitch." The guy that said it is an acquaintance that I never did really like so I flipped and ran around the bar looking for him. After two trips around the bar I saw him sitting at a table talking to this girl so I walked up to the table and as he turned to say something I gave him a right cross to the temple and knocked him out of his chair. After two more punches the bouncers pulled me off him and I proceeded to ask him who the bitch was now. I am 22 and my sis is 21. I have always been protective of her but she told me I was an asshole for doing this. Was I wrong in anyway? I swear it seems like it is never good enough for women! What the fuck is wrong with yall? I am not going to let some guy disrespect my sister like that or disrespect me by calling her a bitch.
 
I'm not one for violence, but if you disrespect one of my family members then you're gonna get knocked the fuck out.

Bobber...you are lucky not to land in jail with community service for that one. The cowboy days are gone for good or bad.
 
Maybe you should have asked her what happened first? You know, as hard as it is to believe you sister might have done/said something to come off as a bitch, and the dude called is as he saw it, if that was me i would have you up on assault, in jail, restraining order and a big ass personal lawsuit. Fuck, this is not the dark ages bro, you can't just run up to people and punch them because you heard something. Get a hold of your roid rage and grow up.

LOL Bobber. I used to be like that when I was 17,18.

Eventually(I'm 24) you will get to the point where you can
intimidate and verbally embarass the person instead of physically harming him.

Words will do more damage than ANY punch.

i dont know bobber. a couple of things though. me personally, i would never blindside someone. and obviously your sister feels different as to what you should have done. maybe you should have asked her first because one, she may have said something to that guy or two, by handling it the way she wanted you to would be respecting her feelings. either way, i dont think you should be mad at her.
 
I call my mom a fucking bitch all the time. Seriously, she'll say "Hi sweetie." and I'll reply with "Fuck you you goddamn abusive bitch." She just laughs most of the time. It's kinda funny really.
 
My brother probably would've done the same thing...even though he himself calls me a bitch sometimes, guys can be screwy....

but yeah, you had good intentions, defending her honor....but you acted on impulse, and maybe it wasn't such a good decision :)

If your sister is a bitch, you did the wrong thing.

If your sister is a sweet, caring gal, then you did what you felt was right.

I would say you fucked up since your sister is pissed.
 
Hey Bobber.. I have a similar situation with my sister. She's a year older than me, and although she can take care of herself, I still feel the need to protect her. A lot of my friends tell me they want to fuck her, and as disturbing as that may be, I know they don't have a chance, so it doesn't bother me. However, if anyone called my sister a bitch, and she confirmed it. I guarantee I'd go fuckin ballistic on that fucker. Respect is important to me.. disrespect is the ONLY thing that enfuriates me.

I think it was more of him disrespecting me by calling her that b/c yall are right she can be a BIG bitch at times. But it doesnt matter anyway, if you call a girl a name you should always be prepared for either her or someone else taking offense and suffering the consequences. If I see him again I will fuck him up and yall can tell me I am immature and stuff all day long. Respect is HUGE with me and that barrier has been broken by this guy.

I dont necessarily disagree with violence in general. I have definitely whupped some ass in my day. However, just running up and poppin some guy b/c you HEARD he called your sister a bitch is a little out there.

The best thing to have done would have been to walk up to him and be like "Man why the fuck did you call my sister a bitch?!" Then he could either deny it or tell you why he said it, and you could act accordingly.

Nothing wrong with defending your sister, provided she didnt start the shit (in which case she DESERVED to be called a bitch), but the level you took it to was a little extreme.

Been there. If I'd known then what I know now about strip clubs, I would have really flipped out. At the time, I just thought it was funny (I was fifteen).

I'm just glad she doesn't do it anymore.
