Not true. We would help everyone if we could. But it has become impossible. We are called and emailed all the time for account help and we need to help our Platinum Members in priority.

As with any business, EF needs to be able to be efficient. Think of it this way guys and gals, if you go into a store and demand that you speak to the store owner (although you didn't make any purchase) because you don't like the color of the store, while, at the same time, another person right next to you wants to speak to the store owner because he purchased $2000 worth of goods and some were damaged. Who do you think takes priority? Obviously the paying customer. Think of the times you're not allowed to go to the restroom in places unless you buy something.

The problem is due to labor restrictions, EF can only pay for so many employees to help with day-to-day operations; thus, the sheer amount of plat. members (emails/calls/problems/issues etc..etc.) takes up most of the time of the customer service team. Therefore, we cannot take care of everyone without punishing our plat. members that support Elitefitness and help it run :). In my view, everyone is important, from A-Z, but, as stated beforehand, we need to take priority to some for the obvious reasons.

Labor restriction - defined in business as the inability to expand a labor force due to internal limitations.

For example, EF can only hire so many employees before it goes under (i.e. how much can we spend before closing down...); thus, you can see why George had to cut support for non-plats....otherwise, we wouldn't be able to support the members that make the board run - the plats. - and, while not providing proper support for either group we would fail in the overall business. Remember, EF is still a business and it has to be ran like one, and, as with any business, there are labor, capital and growth restrictions that are brought out by the environment of the certain business.
