I just double click the pic saved on my comp and it will open in whatever program you have (Adobe, MS Photo Editor..). From there you can usually find a Resize button or maybe right click the pic and choose size or edit or some shit. Change the measurement rom inches to pixels and try to get near 100 x 100.
