ok so this talk of ectomorphs not being able to hold on to any muscle without drugs is kinda pissing on my bonfire!
ectomorphs only please assist me with my poll?

how heavy can you hold on to with or without drugs is the poll but if you wana post you can include your weight when you started.

you have to define weight and height, at 6'2 you can maintain up to 240lb at 7-8% BF drug-free

when I am clean I can usually maintain around 215 at 7% bf.

I would stay on all year if I knew it wouldn't kill me.

I am an ecto/meso blend, so I don't know if I could really help here I do however have a few pure ectomorph friends. The one never eats properly, or trains right. So I won't comment on him. The other trained properly, and now is a solid 220 clean. I honestly don't think you will find your answer here. Only you know what you will, and can maintain. If you have the proper know how on training, rest, and you use the eat everything in site diet, then I believe any ectomorph coud achieve and keep some decent size.

there are so many different kinds of ectomorphs.

some have really small bone structure.
some have really small bone structure with really high metabolism.

Everyone is different.

I am around 6 foot or 6'1.

I try to keep my cal intake around 6000 per day when off.
Ectomorphs have the hardest time building mass!

I hate it.

i can put on 5lbs a week natural and look like a lop of shit ...got to run my ass off to keep semi lean(12%)

i see ecto's and i think " man if i had that body i would turn everyones head" even a little guy looks good if hes real lean
