Callin out experts: Cycle Review

please review my cycle:

Test prop: wk1-8: 100mg/EOD
tren ace: wk1-8 75mg/ED.
Deca: wk1-10 200-300mg/wk.
winny: wk1-10 50-60mg/wk.

lifting 4 years, with 8 months off due to Injury(though i'm fully recovered and cleared by all docs 3 months ago). have done 2 cycles: one winny only, one winny/deca.

My stats are: 6-00, 194lbs. BF: not sure at the moment. I was down to 7% before injury. I feel like i've developed a lil fat all over my body(8 months of sittin around and doing shit). it just doesn't feel like it used to. i've been doing cardio for 3 months.

Goals:
cut cut cut, and gain strength. i'd like to keep around the same weight, but harden up and gain strength. I can't gain too much weigth because I must stay at a certain weight for my sport. i'd like to lose as much BF% as possible. I know i'm gonna get crazy speed and quickness from the winny, i konw that already.
does this look like a cycle that fits my goals.

I can also divide this up in two cycles and do the test prop/tren first and then do the deca/winny???

deca didnt shut my down that much. i just have it in there to keep the joints lubricated.
my diet/cardio are fine.
I have all my pct in order according to genetic.
 
Since your shooting the tren ED I'd shoot the prop ED as well @ 50mg/ed. Keeps the blood levels slightly more stable. As for the winny being run for 10 weeks - ouch. I wouldn't recommend a 17aa being run for that long but it's been done numerous times without problems. If you're going to run it that long be sure to be taking Tylers Liver Detox, Milk Thistle, and drink cranberry juice to help absorbtion. I wish you the best of luck!

Run the winny 3 weeks past the deca, as it will take that long for the deca to clear. This is allow for an anabolic to be present up until PCT.

I would definately add distonex!!
 
I think you've got a good chance of injury with that cycle. The tren is going to make very strong. Much stronger than the connective tissue can catch up with. The winny is going to make that connective tissue more brittle. It's just a characteristic of winny.
I would leave the winny for the last 5 weeks and use the tren the first 5 weeks. Did you know that tren will reduce your cardio capacity? I don't know what sport your in but if endurance is a consideration, that's going to be affected. Ideally, you'd want to make this cycle 12 weeks and use tren 6 and then winny the next 6. If you're not an athlete but rather than just a body builder then none of this makes any difference. But from what you're telling me of your goals you need to adjust what wrote.
 
deca and tren together means dostinex (cabaser) is A MUST!!!
 
Ulter, Im actually thinking the Deca run thru-out will avoid the winny problems and maybe the extra water will help his joints deal with the pounding from the Tren...Any thoughts?

Also, this is one reason I dont like dudes blowing past PRs in the weight room when on cycle. IMO just hit a Hypertrophy type program duing cycle.

5x5 is great.
Deca won't help winny problems, even though winny will help deca problems. Deca helps with joints, keeping the fluid in them. Winny causes connective tissue to lose elasticity. Normally a short run wouldn't matter. But his original idea of adding tren to winny for 10 weeks could be a disaster to a speed athlete.

So would the Deca help during the cycle? Kind of mask the winny effects?Disaster after cycle?

You haven't elucidated on what type of athlete you are.

That will determine if this cycle is optimal for you.

haven't educated myself on what type of athlete I am? ha!
more like, I haven't educated myself on AAS use, hense posting my cycle for review by folks who are experts in the field. I wasn't aware of the injury effects of TREN, and mass gains of test prop. and Ulter helped me sort it out. I'm positive about deca/winny, cuz I've used it before and I know exactly what it does and how I react to it.

Anyhow, thanks for your help buddy.
