when i train my calfs i always notice that i dont feel much burn unless i up the reps to like 18-20. is it a muscle that needs a high rep exercise, or should i stick to upping the weight till i can only get 10-12reps max for more size and shape for my legs. also i do my calfs last is that fine, or would be be a better warmup before i skwat? thanks
