Calf injections suppose to hurt????

I just took my first calf injection and all was fine goin in , but a couple mins later it felt like I got punched in the back of my calf. Is this normal, I used a 1 inch 25g but did not goo all the way down. what do you think???

Bro, you have a long nerve that runs from the top of your ass down the back of your leg to the heel. If you hit this it will give you one hell of a jolt. Stay away from the back center of your calf. Also a good possbilty it cramped up on you. I dont like it anywhere in the Legs, hurts me to bad. I stick to the glutes and delts. But everyone is different.

Might try going with a shorter needle when injecting in the calf. lol

i use 1/2 inch for the calves. yes they are supposed to hurt. i stick my calves when i'll be working them out- that'll lessen the pain somewhat. also, you can stick yourself after your calf workout to minimize the pain
