What does everyone think about this site is it good for determinating your 1RM.

IMHO (yeah right) there's only one way to know your max.

charts are charts. You still have to get under the bar and do it.

Put it on the bar...step up to the platform and challenge gravity to a duel.

Reality isn't a calculator. Charts and calculators can't factor in a difference in shape... sticking points... etc...
