calcium, magnesium, zinc dosage before bed?

How much should i take before bed. Each tab contains:

calcium:333mg
magnesium:133mg
zinc:5mg

any info would be good

well ive heard it has an anabolic effect when taken before bed.

The formula macDbol named does - your does not - the calcium fucks up the zinc absorption
