calcium casinate subsitute

Since I'm so lactose intolerant and allergic to milk what can I use in place of calcium casinate or milk isolates. . I take calcium supplements and whey burns to quick in my system. Should I just add more vegetables EFASd fiber to the protein source

if i'm looking to gain lean body mass with minimal fat should i cut the dextrose mix and just use whey protien and BCAA, glutmemine to prevent muscle break down or it all comes down to calories burned vs caloires consumed to the determining factor ?
post workout should i go with a straight dextrose mix of 60 grams dextrose/ 40 grams whey protein 10 grams glutemine and 10 grams BCAAS , wait 1 hour and then eat meal
or
should i use a mixture of complex and simple sugars vs pure dextrose as in the recovery rx for minimizing fat and taking adnvatage of anabolic window and wait anf hour and a half to eat my meal of protein and fiber and fat

you can use soy protein, but I don't like soy, it's all up to you
