CAL/fat/protein/carb intake questioN!

how can i find out what i need for calorie carb fat and protein numbers daily if im trying to gain mass and stay lean... i'm 6/2 175 7%BF right now im looking to supplement too with whatever!!! i just turned 19 too

Every "body" is a little different. You'll want to start with 1.3 grams per lb. of protein minimum. Opinions vary on carb intake. I personally have to take equal amounts of carbs and proteins to avoid gaining fat....some people need 60% of their diet in carbs.

A lot of it depends on your metabolism and the amount of cardio you get (from sports, etc.).

Do a search for "active metabolic rate" on your favorite search engine...it'll give you a calorie guesstimate to start at.
