I tried something called "Coon-ass Chicken" at a cajun restaurant in Kansas City once. THE best chicken I've ever tasted. If I can find a recipe for it I'll post up.

Today my hubby boiled chicken in a pot which contained the juice from a jar of jalapenos, hot sauce, hot peppers & spices...... Yum!!!!!!!!!!
