Caffeine

I drink anywhere from 3-5 cups of mildly strong coffee everyday. Do you think this has any serious impact on my body fat or ability/inability to lose it? I've read conflicting things, and since caffeine causes the body to release insulin, could it ultimately cause an increase in bf?
 
if your prone it will make you fat or help keep you fat
via raised cortisol levels and insulin levels

if not you will be fine
 
caffeine works wonders for me, probably even more important over time than ephedrine. But, the drawback of coffee is the breathe and staining my pearly whites! I bought caffeine pills to replace 2 cups of coffee in the late afternoon.
 
oh and I take vit. C to combat cortisol. I've been sort of playing with it, to see how I react. I know that too much vit. C can cause cortisol to lower to much and cause insulin to go even lower than it was before...causing a crash.
