Caffeine.......

Any of you guys find that when you take too much caffeine or have been taking for too long, you find yourself actually tired rather than stimulated and ready for a workout? Lately, I've been extra tired at night when I go to the gym and think it's the caffeine having a negative impact on my body. Any thoughts?
 
I've been on an ECA stack for about three weeks and this week has been the worst. Tired all the time, lifts have decreased - just feel crappy. Started out ok but now I'm starting to hate this stuff. I know how you feel.
 
It's dehydration from the caffiene and ECA gentlemen. Cut back on the doses of caffiene and up your water intake.
