O OMEGA New member Mar 27, 2007 #2 full serving is less then 2 small cups of coffee or one Large cup the formulas is so packed tight and proprietary that to list exact amounts gives undo info to those who want to copy it. The formula was attempted to be replicated 2 times thus far. And so it really paid not to list each ingredient. Formulas really DO matter it is why they work or not. Read label Please and always start with conservative first time dose recommendation which is well within range of the low level.
