caffeine half-life for inositol dosing

What's the half-life on caffeine in relation to effective dosing of inositol. I know caffeine kills inositol, so how long after I take my Clenbutrx caps, can I take inositol without it being rendered totally useless by the presence of caffeine in my system.

Also are there any stimulatory supplements that do not include caffeine ( or any other inositol killers ) that I could use in place of Clenbutrx ( I need the energy + yohimbine ( for fat loss ) ) )

caffiene technically has a half life of 3-8hrs.. but after chronic use it is considerably less.. like 1-2hrs max..
