J jamesG Banned May 24, 2007 #6 most caffiene is annhydrous, if something does not list the type of caffiene its annhydrous. The only other type of caffiene, other than extract of green tea or guarana, that I have tried is citrate. I did not notice a difference. caffeine powder is a big hassle, I usually just get prolab caffeine tabs they are like 4$ for a 100 at most online shops.
