Cabergoline(dosinex) for gyno?

I had unexpected event that landed me in hospital during cycle couldn't continue cycle and didn't have chance to run PCT. Now I have lump under one nipple. Nothing I havnt had b4 last time letro took it right out. Don't have letro on hand have been taking nolva. I have cabergoline also do you think this would help or is it not worth takin til I can get letro? Have used cabergoline with tren and it was great but have never used once I have a lump already. Any input greatly appreciated

I was only running test E 600mg week. Happened bout 5-7 weeks after last shot. Basically because there was no PCT. Just wondered if dostinex would do anything as far as helping lump. Letro has removed this same lump before
