By taking d-bol 10mg for 6week will it work

You could but I would atleast take 20mg man , I gained 20 pounds and kept 15 by doing it ! But I ate 5000 cals and trained hard .. Anything will work if those 2 things are in check , what are ur stats bro?
 
See how were saying diet in check before u even think of dbol or stanz, go to the diet forum man , or just google high protein foods , ur 140 so 280g of protein a day would do u good
 
What should.i eat i go to the gym 5days a week i have stanazol should i save it

doesn't matter how often you go to the gym. i see people at the gym all the time who accomplish nothing except socializing.

list your workouts and list your diet and we will work on them.
 
I work one.body.part.a day like
Monday legs
Tuesday chest
Wednesday shoulders
Thursday back lats
Friday biceps and triceps

I don't really know much but yeah i just Want to grow a bit more Im skinny but slowly getting ripped
 
Best supplement in the world right now you should be taking is food brotha. Check out the diet forum like what some people have already told ya. It will help you a lot in the long run to really create a good natural base/body composition. Once you reach your natural potential then think about dbol.

ditch that routine and start "starting Strength" follow it to a T dont change or sub ANYTHING

eat 25% more FOOD starting tomorrow. Start drinking milk. start slow and work up to 1 gallon a day. google "GOMAD"

and yes you can run dbol only... nothing wrong with that. just make sure you run some forma with it to combat estrogen.


Same here, plan on running a mild 20mg per day. Taking things easy as this will be my rats first real cycle.

Have Forma-Stanzol on hand, will that suffice for E control during cycle?

list your diet.

ditch the cardio.

you are still young, some guys do not mature till their late 20's.. you may not be able to start bulking for another few years. many guys spend their early 20's in endurance sports then switch over later.. that might be an option for you.
 
Really I never knew that , damn I Def shoulda waited till 28-30 to cycle :-/, o well it's just dbol I've done haha

yes you will see some guys have that ectomorph look well into their 20's. then they start gaining in their 30's.

they have hyper metabolism and best served being in sports like swimming or running. once their metabolism slows down at an older age they can get into bodybuilding. its just not plausible to have a crazy metabolism and be able to hold muscle mass, its very difficult.

many of these guys turn to steroids cause they think that will help them.. it won't do a damn thing. when your metabolism is fast you can eat and have an anabolic body but still it is almost impossible to put on any muscle mass and hold it.
