Buying a new truck......some help???

I'm looking at buying a new truck. The problem is that there are so many fucking trucks that are so similar that it makes it difficult. I would like a mid-size pickup with 4 wheel drive, a slip diff., 4 seets (Quad cab) and air. I have narrowed it down to the Dakota sport and the Nissan Frontier.

Does anyone have any input on either of these vehicles?

if you are looking into modifying your truck, form your two choices, go with the dodge. there simply isnt shit for nissans as far as the aftermarket is concerned.

Doesn't Toyota have a quad cab out?

Yes, toyota has a quad cab out, it's a little bigger than the frontier.

I have owned a Dakota, it was a great truck, very solid.

My next vehicle purchase will be a Nissan Frontier. I like the SC model, which is supercharged.

I like the toyotas and dodges.
Never had a pickup myself. Used to have a blazer, but didnt like it. Now I have a bronco, and I love it.

Go with the dodge bro. I would also get it with the V-8. I dont think any of the others have V-8s in them. Also, the frontier got the worst results in Petersens off road magazine.

Did you consider the Toyota Tundra? They're pretty damn nice and everyone that I've talked to who has one has had no complaints about it. Just a thought.

Get a Quad Cab Toyota Tundra. Get the candy looking red one, the one that shines. That is the best truck hands down.

GET A HUMMER AND CALL IT A NIGHT!!!

If i could afford a hummer, or possibly a M1A1 Abrams tank, I wouldn't even consider a truck.

Unfortunately I don't see a main turette gun in my future:(

M1A1s are hard to find, especially a reliable one. I used to repair these things in my Marine days. the only thing good about these, is that they are very immovable, and vicious looking. you would need a four man crew if you wanted to wreak havoc in your local mall. otherwise, I wouldn't mind having one myself. pain in the ass to go through the drive thru though...

And I bet people would think twice before cutting you off!!!

Toyota Tundra hands down. My buddy just bought a frontier 4door. Its nice and rides extremely well. I like the toyota better though. He traded in a Dakota r/t. That thing was a POS, parts broke constantly on it. I wouldnt buy a dodge or a pontiac.
