butt hurts *question*

My "buddy" did his first shot last weekend on Sunday and didn't have any problems. It went real smooth and was the day after a leg workout. No problems with the injection and all went well. Yesterday he did the same shot around noon. Here is what he took.

1cc QV Enan
1/2cc T400
1cc EQ

This went into his left glute. Minutes after the shot he had a knot in his butt. He still has a knot today. Sitting of the f#$@ing knot right now. I just want to make sure you guys don't think he hurt himself too badly. The guy must continue on with his cycle because this is only the first week.

t400 hurts but after awhile you will get use to it

I took my first t-400 injection 5 weeks ago and it hurt for a week! I did two things wrong, I shot it too far out in my glute being that it was my first time (I was also scared of killing myself). Additionally, a heating pad the night of that t-400 shot is a must! Now I don't even have any pain without a heating pad. It gets better!

Thanks for the replies. I think the first time probably hurt a little too but I was too sore from legs to notice. This time he had nothing but pain to deal with.

Last night I shot 800mg (2cc) of t-400 in my right glute.

But first I put it in the microwave for 8 seconds, the pain is significantly less, and very bareable, last year on a t-400 cycle, my glutes hurt so much it inhibited my workouts.
