Well it finally happened.... After being pulled over 9 times total last month....the fine police here in Wisconsin finally found a ticket they could stick on me.

Late for work as usual, I was pushing the speed limit to new extents this morning and got caught.

Now tell me why is it when you get pulled over for an obvious reason, do they have to ask you:
"Do you know why I pulled you over?".
---"Ummm....because you knew I was late for work and wanted to give me an escort?"

"Do you have any idea how fast you were going?"
---"Well, obviously not quite as fast as you were considering you caught up to me."

"Mam, I am not in the mood, for games this morning, and it is not helping your situation."
--"Really? Well I am not really in the mood for a ticket either." (btw--this was a bad answer..lol)

So, I ended up getting a heafty ticket, and it only took him 45 minutes to write it out....

Girl you are a trip! Your onliners made me laugh. Good luck and take the Defensive Driving Class over the points if they have that option. Saves you on insurance. :)

COp: "Sir, don't get smart with me OK?"

Me: "I;m not being smart with you. I only seem that way compared to the rest of your cop buddies".

I usually just show them my Elite platinum membership card. and they let me off with a warning and a good source referral.
Your mom would be the best witness in my opinion. peace

well, I'll tell the story for the most recent incident. I was pulled over going 95 in a 70. If you are speeding 24 miles over the limit they wont let you take defensive driving, so I was already screwed in that aspect. When the cop came over to my window, I rolled it down, and because I was on my way to go surfing, my shirt was already off. He definatly took notice and commented on my pectoral major development. I made each one bounce three times and then told him that they feel great too. As he treid to nonshalantly touch them without me noticing, I grabed his hand and brought it inside of my car. Once his hand was totally inside my vehicle, I threw it in first and took off! His arm rippe off inside my car, and about 3 miles down the road, I threw it out the window.
I don't suck dick, you fuck, I was giving advice to what a GIRL should do in that situation. I know that it works because I am a police officer for the city of Webster, TX.

A guy's driving his brand new BMW along a deserted highway late at night, so he decides to see how fast that baby will go. He floors it and watches as the speedomotor dial goes up to 90, 100, 110, 120. All of the sudden, he notices flashing red lights in his rear view mirror. He pulls over and stops, and a police car stops right behind him. The cop gets out of the car, walks up to the BMW's driver's side window. The cop says, "Look, it's the end of my shift, it's Friday the 13th and I'm really tired. I'll tell you what. If you give some reason I've never heard before why you were driving so fast, I'll let you off the hook."
So the BMW driver thinks for a minute and says, "Last week my wife ran off with a cop. I thought you were bringing her back." The cop responds, "Have a nice weekend."

lol-obviously a very good one at that.

I'm glad you laughed, that was the plan. I was tring to make you think that it ws going in one direction, then I tried to turn it around, but I don't think it worked that well. But you laughed, so I guess it wasn't that bad!

:FRlol:

Thanks, I'm glad you liked my story, but yes it is true. If you are going 24 miles over the limit, than no , you can't take the class. You have to pay the full price

Hmmmm...You know that is almost $10 for every mile over. They should have a discount...

"Every mile over 20 should be free...or at least 1/2 price....:D

not always true if you have a good lawyer peyote :)

I guess, but I don't really care.

YOu wanna what I did once. This is really funny. One day it was raining really hard, and I was going somewhere, and there was a cop behind me. We were approaching a stop sign, and I totally disregarded it. The cop immediatly pulled me over, he got out and started walking towards my car. Then came "do you know that you just ran that stop sign sir?"
I said, "yeah, I know, and I don't care, I got the money, I just wanted to see you have to get out and get wet."
Needless to say, he was pissed, but all he could do was write me a ticket. O well, what's 50 bucks, compared to ease of the mind and soul.

Now, that is a true story!!!

ROFLMAO

I was wondering who was gonna spot that first. I actually thought it was gonna be Dballer, but I guess not. When I heard that, I laughed so fucking hard, I had to walk away. Honestly though, I have thought about doing that on 3 or 4 different occassions.

I'll add my little story here -

I was stuck in the post office at lunch on Friday last week (they ALWAYS let one person go to lunch at 12 then the other at 12:30 leaving ONE FIGGING CASHIER at the window to help a big long line of people who are on THEIR lunch break.....I am telling you someone is going to snap and do some damage in that place one day..and it might be ME)

So, I am speeding back to work a little late....I pull into the parking lot get outta my car and guess who is behind me OUT of his CAR WITH HIS LIGHTS ON!?!?! A cop...I didn't even SEE HIM!!!

So, I batted my eye lashes told him I my sad post office story and he told me it was my lucky day...he was letting me off! That was the FIRST TIME EVER I got out of a ticket! :D

Well, my company is on the first floor of the building and there are offices facing the parking lot - so our entire engineering department saw the whole thing

:)

Next time ask him if he's working traffic because the chief doesn't trust him to catch real criminals.

Or ask him if he thinks that he got stuck on traffic duty because the chief heard radar guns cause sterility.

:D

Those have to be the funniest things I have ever hear of if you want to fuck with a cop.

GOOD SHIT BRO

Last time i got pulled over it was about 4AM and the cop looked in my window and said "you drinking?", so I responded with, "you buying?"

:spit:

That's pretty good, I might have to try that sometime.

the stuff with the 24 mph over the limit and not being able to go to traffic school differs from state to state. Here in tennessee even if you are going 200 miles an hour over, if you ask the judge if you can take a class, and you have a clean record, they are required to send you off to class. I got busted doing 120 in a 70 and just went to class.

Here in The Land of the Scandalous, Kansas, if we get pulled over doing more than 25 mph over the speed limit, the cop has the option of giving you a Reckless Driving ticket (which is a misdemeanor, not an infraction) instead of a speeding ticket. I has a close call once and it was 24 over (69 in a 45), i was shittin.

Some tricks for getting out of it:
- Diversion (pay extra, wipe it off your record, on first ticket only in my state)
- Def. Driving Course (some states wont let you do it more than once so make sure its a big ticket)

Other tricks:
- If you cant get a diversion or take a DD Course, and youre basically SOL, you can try this trick. In some states, the ticket doesnt register with the cops (and subsequently, your insurance co.) until the financial transaction between you and the state is completely over. You can use this to delay the amount of time until your insurance raises. For example, you get a $100 ticket. It is due to be paid in 60 days. After 50 or so days, send in your payment, but make sure it is for $101-102. The clerk will register the payment in the computer (you've paid it off) but the state legally has to send you back your change. Therefore, the financial transaction is not yet over. The state will cut you a $1-2 check, which you will then have 90-180 days to cash. Dont cash it until the last possible day. That means the transaction wont have been completed for 150-240 days. Thats over a half year until your insurance premium increases.
- A law enforcement officer once told me there were 3 types of cops: Meat-eaters (cops who work for themselves before the job, ie; stealing evidence, robbing criminals/dead ppl, etc. while still acting as an officer), Grass-eaters (cops who do their job, but will accept bribes/kickbacks when the chance presents itself, but dont go looking for them) and Buy-the-book cops. Now I dont know too many officers, but my guess, just knowing human nature, is that roughly 60% of cops are Grass-eaters and 10-30% are Meat-eaters. In the state of Texas (and several other states), you can pay for the ticket at the time of receiving it because the cops carry a credit card device in their car. You can use this and the above theory to your advantage. Next time you get pulled over and the cop writes you a ticket, pull out a $20 bill put it in your left hand near (not out) the window and say "Is there anyway I can take care of this ticket right now?". A grass or meat eater may take the money and rip up the ticket. However, if you encounter a buy-the-book guy, he may ask "Are you trying to bribe me?!" your reply: "no, i just heard that in some states you can pay for your tickets right when you get them and I didnt know if this was one of the states". Bribery is a felony in most states so be careful what you say. However, if you say it like what I typed above, you should have no problems.

Hope this helps all of my fellow speeders!

Aw toga, i'm sorry you got a ticket!!! I HATE SPEEDING TICKETS!!!! Especially from speed traps! At least you are not like me, a magnet for getting tickets in every single speed trap in every state I travel whenever I am in a great mood and singing at the top of my lungs to my CDs and don't notice when the stupid signs jump down from 40 to 30..... :bawling:

Some practical advice for you that someone else gave me: Plead for a conditional dismissal. That will ususally lower the fine, and if you don't get another traffic violation in 6-12 months, it comes off your record. :)

:lmao: I could just see you saying that!!!

Sorry about your ticket, Toga. I had to go to court last Thursday for one that I had gotten...

Have to go back next week for driving school...it really really sucks.

Sorry about your ticket babe. I bet you coulda flirted your way out of it. :)

Some freinds and I got pulled over last summber for running a red light. Everyone in the car other than the driver, was pretty drunk. The cop came over to the window....and holy shit, it was a chick and she was mighty hot! So my bud behind the wheel is shitting a brick and trying to BS his way out of a ticket....and the rest of us, in our drunken wisdom, start throwing every cheap line in the book at this girl. :D "Holy shit, you're hot...will you handcuff me?" Mature stuff like that. :)

She was trying soooooo hard to be serious and pissed off, but you could tell she was getting a kick out of us. Eventually we had her laughing and she let my bud off with a warning.

Anyway, we ran into her about 2 weeks later at a nightclub. She remembered us and our "bullshit lines" as she put it. :D Eventually, she ended up dating one of my friends (the one who was driving the car, ironically) for about 6 months and according to him, she gave great head. LOL So maybe some good can come from traffic cops after all.

BTW, I have one speeding ticket with my name on it. Cost me $260 and you'd better believe I slowed the fuck down after I got it. :)

A ton of peeps on this board have had a speeding ticket in the last few months. I got one in Jan and took defensive driving for it. I hate those classes, but it was a comedy one so it wasn't too bad...

Toga - Join the club! Sorry to hear you got busted, but that was some shit you were talking to the cop, lol :)
