On a set of GMs 435x3... LOL...
Was using my single ply training belt (it was a pretty nice one really, thick leather with suede inside, very comfy)....Heard a loud POP on the way up on the last rep.... Racked the bar and took off the belt and the buckle blew right through the belt leather - only a couple strings from the seams were holding it in place...
I guess that is what you call building up some good abdominal pressure against the belt!
Sux cause I had more dammit, could have went for 455x3! No more single ply belts for me!!
